Castrum offers daytime tastings in the cellar or evening tastings at its Wine Bar and Bistrot. Two paths that lead you to learn about the work behind the preparation of the wines of the Castrum line, produced in our cellar inside the structure and designed to pay homage with its labels to the works of the sculptor Innocenzo Fraccaroli, born here in 1805 and ancestor of Giampiero Borghetti, current owner of Castrum.
During our wine tastings you will be able to taste from two to five wines that can be accompanied by platters of local gourmet products, based on carefully chosen, local cured meats and cheeses. Book or give a trip through the history of Valpolicella and its wines.
